The Faro Park Residential Development was built by Hipoclub between 1995 and 2005. Hipoclub are part of the hotel chain Hipotels and own the 4 star hotel Natura Palace in Playa Blanca. They own a significant amount of land to the west of Playa Blanca (around the lighthouse) and have plans to build a golf course as well.
Faro Park consists of five phases of quality housing. Casa Rosulida is located on phase IV which is on the left just after the parade of shops.
The area has become very popular with holidaymakers. Not only are these high quality villas, it is a peaceful area but with great facilities close by. There are a number of bars /restaurants on the parade of shops together with mini markets and a bakery. Make sure you try a Lighthouse Cafe credit crunch breakfast, pizza at Dal Trevisano Pizzeria, traditional Spanish tapas at La Flamenca or The Pechiguera Chicken & Chips takeaway.
For those without a car, there is a local bus route from Faro Park into Playa Blanca centre. The bus stop is at the end of the parade of shops and buses run regularly throughout the day.
Hipoclub have built a number of other developments close to Faro Park - La Goleta, La Carabella, Aquamarine, Zafira, Amber, Los Alisios. The owners often claim they are part of Faro Park, but they are just that little bit further to walk to the shops! We think Casa Rosulida is in the ideal position.
